'FOUNDATIONS IN YOGA' WORKSHOPS
Small group classes on request. Please email your interest if you'd like to do a three hour Foundations course covering the fundamentals - breath, bandha, drishti and leading into sun salutations, some standing postures and a finishing sequence. Ideal for beginners/improvers.
