Current open classes in Bristol (updated DEC 11) Last class of the year: Thurs 22nd Dec First class of 2012: 10th Jan TUESDAY 5.45 pm-7.00 pm An energising, breath-focused, intermediate-level class that encourages strength, flexibility and awareness, leaving you feeling worked-out, calm, centred and relaxed. All welcome though not really suitable for complete beginners. THURSDAY 5.45 pm-7.00 pm as above... this is a new class so is less busy- with a similar focus to the Tuesday class but with some different warm-up sequences, flows, pranayama and seasonal emphasis! One to one personalised yoga coaching If you are interested in learning traditional Asthanga Vinyasa (full primary and second series) or in developing a hatha yoga practice more specific to your needs, call me for a chat. I modify and make inclusive these practices for all levels of ability, beginners to advanced and offer therapeutic and remedial work where appropriate. Cost £50.00 for 1.5 hours.
