Current classes in Bristol (updated Jan 2010) TUESDAY'S 5.45-7.00pm: An energising, breath-focused class that encourages strength, flexibility and awareness, leaving you feeling worked-out, calm, centred and relaxed. Suitable for all levels except compete beginners, who are recommended to have a one:one session first. Latecomers can join the class at 6pm as the first 15 mins will be warm-up work, hip openers, breath etc.. I'll be covering both Christopher and Gill's classes at Yogasara during January (see the yogasara timetable)so if you can't make Tuesdays, I'll also be teaching on Wed and Thurs eve's (Ashtanga Vinyasa style). Hamiliton house class (as previously advertised) won't be starting for a while - sorry about that.
