A friendly, inclusive class. Work with the principles of vinyasa yoga and develop strength, flexibility, mind/body integrity and general well-being. All welcome (complete beginners are advised to have a one:one session first)

Beginners Ashtanga (taught by Gill Hurst)

learn the foundations of Ashtanga-based yoga. This class is an excellent introduction to ashtanga, or vinyasa-flow styles of yoga.

Private sessions :

Ashtanga vinyasa and vinyasa flow taught to individuals and small groups, also remedial or therapeutic yoga and pranayama.   I can design a practice appropriate to your needs and support you in developing a regular practice.
